Under the certification standard introduced March 1, 2016 all certified members are required to complete a refresher training course every 3 years to maintain their certification status.
If the certified members of your JHSC completed their certification training on or after March 1, 2016, they must take refresher training within three years of their certification date to maintain their status. This course is designed to include all sectors and reviews the essentials of the Part 1 and 2 Certification training as well as highlight any legislative changes that have occurred within the last three years.
This course is CPO approved and runs over a one day in classroom format.
